You can't use an OEM COA with a Retail DVD. Since you disk is still functioning, you should be able to use something like Ghost to copy the old hard drive to the new one.

OK. That's what I needed to know. I was concerned that I would be copying bad files. If I do I probably would be able to fix the corrupted files with a working hard drive. What do you think?
